Home Collages

Based on Carson Ellis’ children’s book, Home, students created fantastical homes for themselves or for imagined characters in the form of cut paper and marker collages.

Some questions we considered about chosen environments and identity:

What does the idea of “home” mean to different people?

What can a space tell us about the person who lives there?

How are we all different?

What things do we have in common?
